Client Overview

Our client required a modern, scalable video conferencing solution to enhance collaboration across their boardroom, medium-sized meeting rooms, and smaller office spaces. The solution needed to prioritize Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) integration, while also offering flexibility to use other platforms like Zoom, WebEx, and Google Meet via Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) capabilities.

Our Solution

Boardroom

To transform the boardroom into a high-performance Microsoft Teams Room, we deployed a fully integrated MTR system designed for professional, large-scale collaboration. Key features included:

  • 86” Wall-Mounted Display for crystal-clear visuals.

  • PTZ Camera with Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, and Presenter Tracking, ensuring dynamic, intelligent video during meetings.

  • Audio Conferencing System to capture clear sound from all corners of the room and deliver high-quality playback.

  • Touch Screen Table Panel providing one-touch join for Teams meetings and content sharing.

  • Wireless & Wired Presentation Options via dongle or HDMI/USB-C connection.

  • BYOD Functionality to support other platforms, allowing laptops to take over as the meeting host device when needed.

  • Teams Room Booking Panel mounted outside the room for scheduling and room availability display.

Medium Meeting Rooms

Each medium room was equipped with a video sound bar solution that combined:

  • A high-quality camera with smart video capabilities,

  • Integrated microphones and speakers,

  • One-touch touchscreen control for Teams,

  • BYOD support for alternative platforms,

  • Wireless and wired laptop connectivity.

This setup provided a cost-effective, high-performance solution for smaller collaborative spaces without compromising on functionality.

Office Rooms

A more streamlined setup was deployed in these smaller spaces:

  • 55” LED Wall-Mounted display

  • USB and HDMI feed routed to the meeting room table

  • Direct laptop connection to run Teams meetings or share content.

This provided a simple and effective solution for ad hoc meetings and solo conferencing.
